Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HubSpot pages, modules, and templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new T4B webpages, execute updates, and ensure best practices for technical SEO and page performance.
- Develop clean, efficient code for HubSpot CMS using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
- Act as a thought leader and collaborator in the growth and improvement of Tripadvisor's HubSpot capabilities.
- Manage and implement HubSpot API integrations as needed.
- Own QA testing processes for web development, including bug identification and resolution, to ensure flawless page execution.
- Optimize existing HubSpot modules and templates to reduce technical debt and improve user experience.
- Provide technical consultation and feasibility checks during project planning and wireframe stages.
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing operations teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline workflows.
- Ensure translations, URL structures, event tags, and redirects are properly implemented.
- Support A/B testing efforts, analytics setup, and technical reporting to track performance and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development, with 2+ years of deep HubSpot CMS and HubSpot API expertise.
- Proven experience building HubSpot modules, templates, and custom-coded pages.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, HubL, and API integrations.
- Strong experience with responsive web design and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, including metadata, structured data, and page performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with A/B testing tools, GA4 analytics, and event tagging is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with non-technical stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to think through solutions independently.
