Their centralized platform empowers businesses nationwide to control and monitor critical network services, including Wi-Fi management, signal testing, and SIM card management. All of this is managed through an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI).
Challenges
While the client’s existing platform offered a solid foundation for network management, they recognized the potential benefits of AI to transform network management. They envisioned an innovative platform where users could interact with their network using natural language, avoiding the limitations of traditional GUIs. This upgrade aimed to improve user experience and empower clients with full access to all API endpoints offered by their integrated vendors like Meraki, Jasper, and Signal Test.
