We are seeking a Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer to play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving cloud infrastructure and migration solutions. This role works closely with the Head of Cloud and other technical leaders, contributing to architectural decisions and helping drive best practices across engineering teams.

This is a hands-on technical role with leadership elements. You will support complex cloud projects, contribute to architectural standards, and act as a reliable escalation point for challenging technical issues, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will partner with tech leads, engineers, and project managers to ensure cloud migrations and platform initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design and evolution of cloud architectures across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Support and troubleshoot complex technical issues for both customer and internal environments
• Participate in technical design and execution of cloud migration projects (e.g., AWS to GCP, multi-cloud scenarios)
• Help define and promote best practices, standards, and reusable architecture patterns
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to validate solutions and identify risks
• Mentor mid-level engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team
• Work with tech leads to improve delivery quality and engineering consistency
• Contribute to reducing technical bottlenecks and improving operational efficienc
  

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and familiarity with another
• Experience working on or contributing to cloud migration projects
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Good understanding of Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and cloud networking
• Ability to debug and contribute to production systems
• Experience collaborating across teams and supporting technical decision-making

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting, MSPs, or customer-facing environments
• Exposure to platform engineering or developer tooling
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
