We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing software development projects, interpreting business requirements, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with both technical teams and clients to meet expectations and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Interpreting business requirements for the technical team and vice versa
- Team management and creation of technical assessments with the team
- Planning resources and building relevant timelines
- Effective team management and ensuring the quality of project development
- Working closely with the client and meeting their expectations
Requirements:
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
- 5+ years of experience in managing software development projects
- Understanding of web technologies
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- High level of responsibility
