We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in recording and maintaining our company’s financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include recording purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments into our general ledgers. By maintaining accurate financial records, you will contribute to the production of essential financial statements such as the balance sheet and income statement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
  • Input financial data into general ledgers and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as the balance sheet and income statement.
  • Follow established accounting procedures and policies to maintain compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in the IT industry,
  • QuickBooks expirience
  • QuickBooks certification will be a plus
  • Experience working with forms W2, 1099
  • Experience working with European and American companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
