Boostr’s integration approach is to use Tray.ai in order to click together, rather than code integrations so that we can release them faster and specific to each client’s requirements. Our Integration leads work with clients to scope the integration and document requirements and will ticket these requirements. We need a resource who can take those tickets, set up and test the integration / workflow using Tray.ai. Tray.ai is a tool to make it possible for product people to build integrations without coding.
Profile:
Someone who can solution / problem solve through complex issues and limitations between what Boostr can do as a system and the other system we are integrating with (netsuite, Hubspot, Ad Servers, Docusign etc.) sometimes referred to as a solutions architect
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Ad Servers, SaaS tools (Netsuite, Hubspot), and multi-dimensional reporting solutions.
- Work with APIs (primarily REST, with SOAP as a plus) to connect systems and ensure smooth data flows.
- Build and optimize scripts in JavaScript (ES6/Lodash) or Python to support integration processes in Tray and other platforms.
- Develop end-to-end solutions using various iPaaS platforms (Zapier, Boomi, Workato, Tray, Microsoft Power Automate, HubSpot’s Operations Hub, and others).
Skills:
- Solid understanding of how integrations work across Ad Servers, SaaS tools (Netsuite, Hubspot), and reporting solutions.
- Strong experience with APIs, particularly REST (SOAP is a plus).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6/Lodash) or Python for scripting.
- Working knowledge of SQL/SOQL, able to write and optimize complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (Zapier, Boomi, Workato, Tray, Power Automate, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on technical solutions.
Nice to have:
- Experience with other automation and integration tools (e.g., Pabbly Connect, Coupler, Outfunnel, IFTTT, Zoho Flow, N8N, Exalate, Elastic, Wyzebulb, Integrately, Leadsbridge).
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems and business process automation.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support the design, implementation, and operation of our enterprise-wide access control framework. In this mid-level role, you will play a critical part in enforcing security best practices, supporting access provisioning and governance processes, and ensuring secure access to systems and data across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage user access across enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SaaS platforms, on-prem applications).
- Analyze and enforce access control policies, ensuring least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC) models are applied.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to define, document, and improve identity lifecycle processes (e.g., provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews).
- Implement and support tools for identity governance, authentication (MFA, SSO), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Monitor IAM systems for anomalies and coordinate incident response activities related to access violations or abuse.
- Participate in audits and support compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001) by providing evidence of proper access controls.
- Conduct regular access reviews and assist in remediation efforts for policy violations or control gaps.
- Support the integration of new applications into the IAM ecosystem via SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and other standard protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or IT operations with a focus on access controls.
- Proficient with IAM technologies and tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD, etc.).
- Solid understanding of access control principles, RBAC, least privilege, separation of duties, and other security best practices.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Engineer to join our team. This hands-on, technical role focuses on penetration testing, threat hunting, and advanced security engineering practices. You’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our systems and those of our customers by identifying vulnerabilities, testing defenses, and implementing robust security solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct threat hunting and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and enhance detection and response capabilities.

- Oversee Google Security Command Center and Google SecOps for integrated monitoring, threat detection, investigation, and response.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST).

- Proficient in security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
