We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cloud Service Desk Lead to manage and guide our global Cloud Service Desk team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and ensure a responsive and high-quality support experience for all Zazmic employees — from technical teams to executive leadership.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Google Cloud and Google Workspace Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace solutions across our target markets, with a focus on consultative selling, account management, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with Google teams, internal technical experts, and clients to deliver value-driven cloud transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by offering Google Cloud and Google Workspace solutions tailored to clients' business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Google Cloud representatives and strategic stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, solution mapping, presenting value propositions, closing deals, and post-sale account growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, strategic outreach, and client engagement.
  • Align Google Cloud and Workspace offerings with customer goals, including AI, data analytics, infrastructure modernization, and collaboration tools.
  • Lead the preparation of sales proposals, product demonstrations, and solution overviews.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
  • Proven track record in cloud sales, consultative selling, and client relationship management.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar pipelines and closing deals in complex sales environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML tools, data platforms, and digital transformation journeys.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (and ideally Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM roles).
  • Experience working with or within Google Cloud Premier Partners or similar partner/reseller ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting methodologies, and pipeline management.

Preferred:

  • Google Cloud Sales or Technical Certifications.
  • Understanding of pre-sales and cloud architecture workflows.
  • Background working with SMB, Corporate, or Enterprise accounts in LATAM or similar markets.
  • Experience selling managed services, support contracts, or recurring cloud services.
