About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to take a leading role in shaping and optimizing our internal systems architecture. This position will directly influence key business operations by designing scalable solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within the commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Component Framework, and Flows.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices for Salesforce development.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and modify controllers, controller extensions, and triggers.
  • Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance test plans.
  • Strong skills in gathering business requirements and translating them into well-architected solutions.
  • Proficient in analyzing and documenting functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide detailed project plans, including benefits and risks assessment.
  • Collaborate with teams from Finance, Product Operations, Marketing, Sales, and others.
  • Produce deliverables like requirements specifications and project plans.
  • Establish coding standards and develop maintainable, scalable code.
  • Research and implement Salesforce best practices to enhance system productivity and scalability.

  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce Developer experience in a development role.
  • Current Salesforce certifications (must include App Builder and Platform Developer I).
  • Experience with APIs and integrations.
  • Proficient in Force.com developer toolkit: Lightning Component Framework, Apex, Visualforce, Aura components, SOQL, Webservice/SOA, Metadata APIs, and Unit Testing.
  • Experience with core web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing (preferred).
  • Additional certifications and experience in Salesforce Architect, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, and proficiency in Java, JSF, and SQL are a plus.

      We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our fast-moving Tracking & Experimentation group. In this role, you will help build, upgrade, and sustain tracking and experimentation infrastructure that serves one of the world’s largest and most trusted travel platforms, visited by over 500 million travelers each month.
