We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with startup experience to build and scale backend services for a healthcare product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend services using Node.js and Python
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and Cloud Functions (geo-matching, payments, Auth0 integration)
  • Work with Firestore and Google BigQuery for data storage and analytics
  • Create and maintain Swagger/OpenAPI definitions for frontend (Provider & Patient apps) integration

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Node.js and Python
  • Senior-level backend development experience with Node.js and Python
  • Startup environment experience

    We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with startup experience to design, secure, and scale our Google Cloud infrastructure for a healthcare product.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain secure Google Cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or documented IaC)
    • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for Staging and Production (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI)
    • Handle production deployments, including SSL certificates, domain mapping, and MVP release
    • Implement and maintain security controls, IAM policies, and compliance-related configurations
    • Support integrations across Firestore, BigQuery, REST APIs, and Auth0

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience In DevOps / SecOps
    • Senior-level DevSecOps experience in startup environments
    • Strong experience with Google Cloud infrastructure and GitHub
    • Hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, and Flutter-based systems
    • Healthcare compliance experience: HIPAA, SOC 2, Google BAA

        This position is responsible to work with Brazil and LATAM region consultants and guarantee that people are happy and well suited for their position.

        This person will work closely with HR Team Lead, LATAM General Manager and PMs to make sure the LATAM

        Level of specialist: Middle +/Senior

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Provide a full scope of HR services for the LATAM region (excluding recruitment)
        • Manage onboarding and adaptation of new employees
        • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed
        • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
        • Run the performance review process (feedback collection, review discussions, coordination of technical interviews)
        • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement across projects
        • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with specialists and provide feedback to line managers
        • Identify risks related to disengagement or low performance and help implement action plans
        • Contribute to the development of corporate culture and wellbeing initiatives
        • Plan, organize, and execute online team-building activities and global engagement events
        • Drive creative engagement formats suitable for distributed and remote teams

        Experience:

        • 1.5–3 years of experience in HR (IT environment is a strong advantage)
        • Proven experience in event management, team building, or employee engagement initiatives
        • Hands-on experience across core HR areas: onboarding, training & development, performance management, employee satisfaction, and offboarding
        • Strong understanding of working with distributed and remote teams
        • Excellent communication skills; comfortable with frequent online meetings and written communication
        • High level of proactivity, ownership, and a positive, can-do mindset
        • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
        • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with employees and managers
        • English – Upper Intermediate or Advanced
