Position Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator responsible for administration and maintenance of our Salesforce.com environment, as well as managing the development of new features and functionality on the Salesforce.com platform. The Manager Salesforce Administrator will work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure all collaborative efforts are on track and completed. The incumbent will ensure successful completion of technology requirements related to Salesforce.com and other technologies used in growth efforts.
The Salesforce Administrator will work with several distinct business units using Salesforce.com. The incumbent will need to balance demands from these units, prioritize efforts, clearly set expectations, and communicate effectively. This position will also work in other technologies used collaboratively with Salesforce.com. These include data collaboration, reporting and analytics, and sales enablement tools. Willingness to expand skillset and solve challenges using out-of-the-box thinking is required. A collaborative, teamwork-driven individual will excel in this role.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Salesforce.com platform
- Perform basic administration of the Salesforce.com instance including new user setup, workflow and approval administration, validation rules, and maintenance of the existing environment
- Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
- Development of Custom Triggers, VisualForce, Visual Flows, and Salesforce1 Mobile Features
- Manage ongoing support and enhancement requests and administrative needs of users
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Manage sandbox environments as necessary
- Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce.com users; keep materials up-to-date; coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions companywide
- Develop and communicate a schedule for future releases/enhancements
- Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (provide additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources)
- Assist users with report design and management, especially dashboards and components
- Work with the engineering team to integrate web and online initiatives into the database
- Manage outsourced Salesforce.com developer partners and third-party applications including ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Pardot, Smartsheet
- Manage ongoing relationship with Salesforce.com
- Provide consulting and guidance on sales operations processes to growth teams
- Manage Territory Hierarchy
- Manage Health System/Hospital Hierarchy

- 3+ years of administering Salesforce.com or equivalent
- Salesforce.com Admin Certification
- Data manipulation and cleaning
- Understanding Integration scenarios and design
- Strong documentation and training skills
- Interface with staff developing strategy as technical advisor
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Experience with at least one Salesforce.com implementation or integration project

We are looking for a seasoned, Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our award-winning Guided Selling team. Guided Selling’s deep integration with Salesforce distinguishes its sales engagement capabilities from the competition, creating a unified interface for sales process automation. As a Senior Engineer on this team, you will collaborate with Product and other Engineers to develop next-generation capabilities, tackling complex challenges and delivering outstanding results.
Let's talk about You::
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development and configuration as well as a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
- 3+ years hands on experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Apex WebServices (with REST and SOAP standards), Apex Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Batch Apex, Apex Schedulers, Custom Settings, Custom Labels, SOQL and Migration Tools
- Proven ability to integrate business processes across disparate systems using ESB, SOAP and/or REST based web services
- Well versed on SQL, PL/SQL, SOQL, SOSL and RDBMS technologies
- Experience building custom user experiences for Salesforce with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) a plus
- High comfort level with Salesforce ISV concerns (Packages, AppExchange reviews)
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of various governor limits applicable to Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming concepts and working knowledge of common enterprise architectural patterns
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment with minimal supervision
What you'll do:
- Take ownership of features across the entire development lifecycle, working closely with your Product counterparts
- Apply industry best practices for Salesforce development, writing clean, secure, and maintainable code that is well tested and observable
- Write effective unit tests that deliver value by ensuring features continue to function as originally intended
- Refactor code as features evolve to increase clarity and improve velocity of future development
- Build expert-level proficiency with relevant 3rd party integrations
- Identify and advocate for process improvements both within the team and at the organization level
- Contribute pull request reviews and respond to feedback
- Author technical documentation as needed to share knowledge on complex areas
- Actively manage work in Jira, proactively communicating updates so as to keep constituents informed
