The Role
This isn’t just another Sales Engineer role; this is an opportunity to be the Founding Sales Engineer at fluents.ai. You will be a cornerstone of our go-to-market team, blending deep technical expertise with strategic sales acumen.
You will not only be demonstrating the power of our platform but also getting your hands dirty building sophisticated voice AI agents for our first wave of customers.
As a founding member, you will work directly with the founders, product managers, and engineers, acting as the critical bridge between our customers and our technology. Your insights will directly shape our product roadmap, sales strategy, and the very culture of our company. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
● Own the Technical Sales Cycle: Partner with the sales team to manage the entire sales process from initial discovery and technical validation to proof-of-concept and closing deals.
● Deliver World-Class Demos: Conduct compelling, customized, and effective demonstrations of the fluents.ai platform to a range of audiences, from C-level executives to technical teams.
● Be a Builder: Lead the customer onboarding process by designing, building, and deploying bespoke voice AI agents that solve real-world business problems for our clients.
● Become a Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Act as their primary technical point of contact and support them with specific needs to ensure their ongoing success and trust in our platform.
● Master the Product: Develop a deep, expert-level understanding of the fluents.ai platform, its capabilities, and its underlying technology.
● Influence the Future: Collaborate closely with the founding team, product, and engineering to channel customer feedback, identify new use cases, and influence the product roadmap.
● Be the Voice of the Customer: Articulate customer needs and technical requirements clearly to internal teams to ensure our solutions are always aligned with market demands.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Technical Sales Experience: You have previous experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a similar customer-facing technical role within a SaaS company.
- Expert Demonstrator: You have a proven track record of conducting engaging and effective software demonstrations that lead to successful outcomes.
- Sales Cycle Savvy: You possess a strong understanding of the B2B software sales cycle and know how to navigate complex customer conversations and organizational structures.
- Hands-on Technical Chops: You are comfortable and proficient with interacting with APIs using tools like Postman, cURL, or scripting in a Colab/Jupyter notebook.
- Automation Mindset: You are familiar with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools, and understand how to integrate different systems.
- Exceptional Prompting Skills: You understand the art and science of prompting AI models to achieve desired outcomes. (Note: This will be a key part of the interview process).
- Customer-Centric: You excel at interacting with high-demanding customers, demonstrating grace under pressure and a relentless focus on solving their problems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Mulesoft integrations in large Salesforce systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Work closely with the architecture team to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with MuleSoft Development: Must have extensive experience with MuleSoft, including API integration, data management, and building robust integration solutions. The candidate should be proficient in designing and deploying MuleSoft applications.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and LWC: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience in integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft to create seamless solutions is essential.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs.
- Experience with integration patterns, architecture, and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The client has developed more than 700 issued and pending patent claims covering data center designs that have manifested into the company’s world-renowned data centers and technology solutions.
We are currently seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce API integration, software development within JD Edwards ERP, and integration expertise with the AMI system (https://amistrategies.com/). This role will primarily focus on developing and maintaining integrations, both frontend and backend, leveraging Salesforce API to enhance our business processes.
Key Responsibilities::
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce API integrations to support business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and implement effective solutions
- Serve as an integration specialist, ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce, JD Edwards ERP, and the AMI system
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integration issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for integration development
- Develop reusable and easily maintenanable LWC
- Develop apex classes following best practices
- Deploy changes between environments using gitlab and Jenkins pipelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
- CI/CD deployments and code review using VS CODE, GIT, and JENKINS

- Doesn’t need to be heavy APEX, but more focused on Lightning web components and lightning design system
- Using SCRATCH orgs to manage development and knows GIT
