The Role
This isn’t just another Sales Engineer role; this is an opportunity to be the Founding Sales Engineer at fluents.ai. You will be a cornerstone of our go-to-market team, blending deep technical expertise with strategic sales acumen.
You will not only be demonstrating the power of our platform but also getting your hands dirty building sophisticated voice AI agents for our first wave of customers.
As a founding member, you will work directly with the founders, product managers, and engineers, acting as the critical bridge between our customers and our technology. Your insights will directly shape our product roadmap, sales strategy, and the very culture of our company. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
● Own the Technical Sales Cycle: Partner with the sales team to manage the entire sales process from initial discovery and technical validation to proof-of-concept and closing deals.
● Deliver World-Class Demos: Conduct compelling, customized, and effective demonstrations of the fluents.ai platform to a range of audiences, from C-level executives to technical teams.
● Be a Builder: Lead the customer onboarding process by designing, building, and deploying bespoke voice AI agents that solve real-world business problems for our clients.
● Become a Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Act as their primary technical point of contact and support them with specific needs to ensure their ongoing success and trust in our platform.
● Master the Product: Develop a deep, expert-level understanding of the fluents.ai platform, its capabilities, and its underlying technology.
● Influence the Future: Collaborate closely with the founding team, product, and engineering to channel customer feedback, identify new use cases, and influence the product roadmap.
● Be the Voice of the Customer: Articulate customer needs and technical requirements clearly to internal teams to ensure our solutions are always aligned with market demands.
