Scrum Master and Business Analyst (ServiceNow Platform) – LATAM ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitates and coaches all aspects of the Agile process, establishing sprint goals, conducting sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, refining scrum team development, and tracking team metrics
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria and story points, ensuring the development team's success and deliverables are released to specification
• Works with the development team to ensure user stories are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
• Helps the team to resolve problems, remove impediments and identify unique training opportunities to enhance the team’s skills
• Conducts in-depth analysis for informed decision making to resolve risks and ensure timely resolution of challenging obstacles
• Creates and manages team sprints, themes, epics, user stories, products, and release to ensure the development team stays aligned with sprint goals and delivers high-quality results
• Facilitates operational demand management governance and reviews enhancement requests and new epics
• Tracks and communicates overall team progress, providing visibility to stakeholders
• Facilitates activities through training, testing, and release to production
• Works with business stakeholders to manage and order the product backlog
• Works with business stakeholders to drive adoption of ServiceNow modules

Desired Professional Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile Scrum methodology as a scrum master and/or business analyst
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience (ITSM, SPM, HRSD)
• Knowledge of Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow 2.0
• Scrum master certification preferred
• ITIL certification preferred
• PMI-ACP certification preferred
• Prior experience in Healthcare IT preferred
• Effective and well-developed leadership, planning, analytical, technical and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrates appropriate customer service attitudes and services in a variety of work settings
• Demonstrates a results orientation for delivering appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion
• Must be skilled in written and verbal communications, requiring the ability to read and write effectively and efficiently
