About the Project 

Radiology Partners is seeking a dynamic and strategic ServiceNow Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our ServiceNow platform as a product. As a key leader within our technology team, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, market trends, and business objectives to define and prioritize ServiceNow initiatives that deliver exceptional value and drive adoption. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, ServiceNow platform team, and end-users to ensure our ServiceNow platform evolves strategically and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with overall business goals
  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement within the ServiceNow platform
  • Currency: Stay informed about industry trends, ServiceNow vendor options, and ServiceNow platform advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Project Charter Definition: Translate user needs and high-level business requirements into clear and concise project charters
  • Product Prioritization: Prioritize ServiceNow modules and initiatives based on business value, user impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, communicating it effectively to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and coordination across various teams involved in ServiceNow initiatives
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide regular and transparent program status updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Define and track key product metrics to measure the success of ServiceNow features and identify areas for optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Continuously engage with business stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and ensure the ServiceNow platform meets their requirements.
  • Product Evangelism: Champion the ServiceNow platform internally, promoting its value and driving adoption across the organization.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with ServiceNow implementation partners and other external vendors.
  • Org Change Management: Support change management efforts related to ServiceNow deployments and adoption

Desired Professional Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and its various modules and capabilities
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into business value
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving user needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or equivalent platform knowledge.
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework
  • Experience in organizational change management practices.
