About the Project
We’re a dynamic team at the forefront of AI development, creating innovative solutions and working on exciting client projects. We’re currently looking for two enthusiastic and quick-learning Junior Full-Stack Developers to join our AI Dev team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and iterating on our prototypes and client-facing applications, all while receiving mentorship and guidance from an experienced team lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a cutting-edge field.
What You Will Do:
- Participating in the development of front-end and back-end components for our AI prototypes and client projects.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript code.
- Working primarily with Next.js and React for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end
- Collaborating with the team to understand requirements and translate them into functional code.
- Contributing to the testing and debugging of applications
- Learning and implementing best practices in web development
- Working closely with a mentor to improve your technical skills and understanding of the AI domain

What We Expect From You:
- A technical background or relevant education in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of commercial experience
- Some existing experience in web development with JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React and ideally Next.js
- Basic understanding of back-end development using Node.js.
- Good understanding of fundamental web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning
- Good English language skills (both written and spoken).
- A passion for technology and an interest in AI.
- Based in Ukraine
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with AI
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of relational database design and querying.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.
- High-quality verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency in delivering solutions.
- Previous experience supporting advertising or sales-focused solutions is a bonus.
