The Customer Engineer role is responsible for supporting account managers and sales motions by providing technical support, researching customer questions/requests, providing technical guidance at a high level, and drafting SOWs for funding requests on behalf of customers. On-Call Expectations

The Customer Engineer role is responsible for supporting account managers and sales motions by providing technical support, researching customer questions/requests, providing technical guidance at a high level, and drafting SOWs for funding requests on behalf of customers. Fundamental responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
