Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively Engage with Google Cloud teams and individuals to build strong partnerships and stay updated on the latest product offerings and how we can assist customers
- Pursue and maintain appropriate Google Cloud certifications and continuing education to ensure a deep understanding of Google Cloud services and products
- Qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework to identify potential resell opportunities
- Manage end to end sales process, from lead qualification to contract execution
- Provide exceptional customer service | support to address pre and post-sales inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for our customers by understanding Zazmic Internal offerings beneficial to our customers (Workspace, Z-Stream, Cloud Ops on Demand, etc…)
- Collaborate effectively with various Zazmic teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, Consultants involved in workshops, and the Service team, to support the growth of the resell business
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge (3-5 Years) of Google Cloud products and services. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Cloud's offerings and how they can benefit customers.
- Proven track record of Sales Success and achieving KPI Sales Targets
- The candidate should be familiar with using CRM systems to track leads and manage sales pipelines.
- Ability to build relationships with Customers and Googlers. Inside Sales Reps need to be able to build relationships with Customers and Googlers to understand their needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively both verbally and in email
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales Reps often work independently, but they also need to be able to collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as with engineers and product managers.
