- Partner with sales and delivery teams to assess risk, validate designs, and unblock execution
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, raising the overall technical bar
- Influence and guide multiple tech leads who manage individual contributors
- Reduce day-to-day technical escalations to the Head of Cloud while maintaining visibility into systemic risks and opportunities
Required Experience:

- Prior experience operating at a Staff, Principal, Architect, or equivalent senior technical level
- Deep hands-on expertise with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proven experience leading or designing complex cloud migrations
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and cloud networking
- Ability to read, debug, and contribute to production software systems
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience in consulting, MSPs, or high-throughput customer delivery environments
- Background in platform engineering or internal developer tooling
