Service Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Zazmic, you will be a dedicated resource and partner for our customer organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor, forging deep relationships with your customers and account teams, while maintaining an awareness of key events, needs,

potential risks, and value drivers. By focusing on your customers’ business needs, you will help improve their overall technical and operational health, ensuring they maximize the value of their Zazmic projects. You will also be the main point of contact for major customer incidents, managing expectations and communications until resolution.

This role will prioritize our service customers and aim to expand our coverage.

Your proactive engagement will set customers up for success, requiring technical knowledge and close collaboration with internal and external teams to deliver a unified Zazmic experience.

Your Impact:

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for customer experience, renewal, and expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with customers' IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • Assist customers in achieving their business goals and outcomes by coordinating necessary services.
  • Provide timely, proactive guidance based on customer interests.
  • Advise customers on the adoption of new features and identify potential challenges and risks.
  • Communicate the value of Zazmic, ensuring all stakeholders understand this value to support customer renewals.
  • Advocate for customers during the resolution of high-severity issues to ensure timely solutions.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites and availability for after-hours or weekend coverage may be required based on customer needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Technical Customer Success, project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Ability to analyze technical concepts, translate them into business terms, and map business requirements into technical features.
  • Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms and vice versa.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and design methodologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs or projects.
